At Construction Recruiters, Inc. it’s our mission is to provide our clients with top talent while assisting candidates to realize their full potential. We do this by fostering honest, profitable, relationships and leveraging our combined 30+ years of construction recruiting experience.
We’re a boutique construction recruiting firm focused on building the companies that build Boston. Since 2000, we’ve helped our clients located throughout Boston, and New England, hire talented construction professionals.
We specialize in the full-time placement of middle to upper management construction professionals. Typical construction jobs we recruit for are Project Executives, Estimators, Project Managers and Superintendents, from Owner/Operator to junior level.
Our clients are a combination of general contractors, production builders, custom/design-build firms, prime sub-contractors, owners, and institutions.
We are most successful in placing talent when we work with the person feeling the most pain and who can make decisions quickly, especially during times of talent scarcity. We prefer not to initially work with HR as we have found that they don’t always feel the pain of having an empty seat in their team. However, we are happy to work with HR for the purposed on internal scheduling, offers, references etc.
Companies who retain us generally have revenues between $2 million and $500+million.
Over the years, we’ve built a substantial database of candidates who are savvy construction professionals and we are constantly working on expanding and updating our network.
