Description

You didn’t get into safety to sit behind a desk - you’re out in the field, solving problems, and preventing injuries.

Our client has over 3 decades of experience and is building the future of infrastructure in New England. They deliver comprehensive concrete solutions for projects of every size and scope, and are seeking a proven Safety Manager to join their team.

As the Safety Manager, you will be responsible for the "oversight of safety" on active job sites. With over 300 employees in the field at numerous large-scale projects, your role is key to ensuring every team member gets home safely.

This role is responsible for overseeing occupational health and safety measures, conducting safety training sessions, investigating accidents, and ensuring compliance with environment, health, and safety (EHS) standards. The Safety Manager will also be tasked with improving industrial safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment for all employees.

Join a company where safety isn't just a department—it’s a core value where leadership proactively invests in their people and safety culture.

Let's talk, and I'll give you a confidential briefing. Call or text any time. Colm C: 617.216.3666.
